Alternative Electricity Services (AES) is Western Australia’s regulatory framework for prescribed electricity services, initially including single property networks (SPNs) and on-site power supply (OPS) services. The framework is governed by Part 3A of the Electricity Industry Act 2004, regulations and the AES Code of Practice.
